We bought the Maxi cosi pebble 360 pro 2 with a Silvercross Cove pram bundle from John Lewis. We did a booked demo at JL where the lady showed us the pram and seats and showed us how to install it in our own car. One thing she showed was the memory buttons for the side release buttons being a one press rather than having to hold both simultaneously to release the car seat from the frame. Ive tried everything to get it to one click release but i have to hold each button and pull the car seat up simultaneously. Is this user error or a faulty seat/adaptors?
