@sydney.whalls: Nobody is handing out trophies for having a spotless house while raising kids. 😅 And some days I need that reminder more than anybody. There will always be another load of laundry. Another dish. Another room that somehow looks like nobody has cleaned it since 2007. 😂 But this version of my kids? I only get them once. So if the house is a little messy because we played, talked, laughed, went somewhere, or just spent time together… I’m learning to be okay with that. Someday I think I’ll miss the fingerprints, the toys, the noise, and the little people constantly needing me.
