I am an Uber and Lyft driver. Yesterday, a passenger damaged my car door handle. I contacted Lyft Support, and they gave me only $150 for the damage. However, when I took my car to the dealership, they quoted me $430 to repair it. This is very unfair to drivers. We work hard every day to earn a living, and when a passenger damages our vehicle, we should not have to pay most of the repair costs out of our own pockets. Lyft should do more to protect its drivers and provide fair compensation for damage caused by passengers.

Una señora fui a recoger con destino al aeropuerto de Miami , venía con 8 maletas y un perro inmenso.,le comenté que no podía llevarla por la razón de tantas maletas y yo no montaba perros en mi auto .,la señora se disgustó y me amenazó con Uber que si no la llevaba iban a ver consecuencias.,le dije que no me amenazara que ese era mi auto y que yo hacía lo que entendía.Uber a querer cerrar la cuenta por una impertinente cliente.Es un abuso a todos los conductores de la aplicación.Para ellos el cliente siempre tiene la razón .,de una forma u otra te discriminan🥺🥺

A mi me cerraron porque dijeron que mi Ceguro era falso las letras eran negras. o sea no saben nada. Llevaba desde el 2019. Con ubert y llevo más de 20 años. Con el mismo ceguro. Y ni tan siquiera me dejaron. Decir nada. Hace un año q me cerraron.

Uber is frustrating drivers all because you've won a lot of drivers on your app but don't forget you will need us someday. The table might turn .you block drivers for little little silly complaints from riders.this is making the work soo difficult to deal with .

Es muy buena hago LYft por que Uber me desactivaron cuando hacía uber de comida y según ellos nunca me dejaron hacer uber de pasajeros ,que hagan verificación de todos los drivers y también de los pasajeros que se ponen nombres de calles y se ponen fotos de perfil de perros y gatos y hay veces que los Drivers también tenemos miedo de quien montamos en nuestro auto a las 3 am muy bien por Ciudad de Houston texas Uber debe de respetar la ley pues ayudar y verificar todos por igual

Let both greedy companies leave your city. They always pull up their red card that says we going leave the city but they don’t want to leave believe me when I say it. They treat their driver as their employee but they defined drivers are independent contractors. Let them go don’t be a coward and said you don’t want them leave.
