@qwe11457: 🔥🥖 Receita de Pão Assado no Forno de Pedra com Ervas 🌿🧄🫒 🥖 Ingredientes: 🌾 500g de farinha de trigo 💧 300ml de água morna 🧂 1 colher (chá) de sal 🍯 1 colher (sopa) de mel 🫒 2 colheres (sopa) de azeite 🍞 10g de fermento biológico 🌿 Ervas frescas (alecrim, tomilho ou cheiro-verde) 🧄 Alho amassado 🧀 Queijo (opcional) 👨‍🍳 Modo de preparo: Misture a farinha, o fermento, a água, o sal, o mel e o azeite até formar uma massa macia. Deixe descansar até dobrar de tamanho. Prepare o forno de pedra com lenha e espere formar uma brasa quente. Modele o pão, finalize com ervas frescas e um fio de azeite. Coloque o pão para assar lentamente no calor do forno de pedra até ficar dourado por fora, com uma crosta crocante e um interior macio e cheio de sabor. Finalize com ervas aromáticas e sirva o pão ainda quente, com aquele aroma irresistível de pão artesanal feito na lenha. 😋🔥
