A not-so-good first-time experience. We visited on the evening of October 4, 2026. I stood in front of the cashier, but the staff member did not acknowledge me or ask for my order. What surprised me even more was that the owner herself saw me standing there but did not inform her staff that there was a customer waiting. I understand that they may have been busy, but being acknowledged and attended to would have made a big difference, especially for a first-time customer. I hope they can improve their customer service moving forward.
