@realitycheckindo: Found this in Bandung, an open manhole on a very dark sidewalk, with no visible warning sign or barrier around it. Maybe pedestrians are expected to bring their own flashlight, spotter, and hazard detection system. But seriously, an open manhole on a pedestrian path isn’t something people should have to “watch out for” on their own.
