@kamorudeen067: #creatorsearchinsights #goviral I’ve been trying to learn how to pray tahajud in Islamic language. It’s a bit challenging but meaningful. Would love to hear if anyone has tips or experiences to share!#paratiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii 127

If you’re applying to remote nursing jobs and hearing crickets, it’s usually not your experience that’s the problem. It’s your strategy. Let’s break this down: 1️⃣ What roles are you a strong fit for? Not what sounds good. Not what everyone on TikTok is talking about. What does your actual background support? Remote nursing is competitive. If you’re targeting roles that don’t align with your experience, you’re going to spin your wheels. There’s a free download in my link to help with this. Pay special attention to the document titled “Role Matrix.” It helps you identify realistic, strategic targets based on your background. ⸻ 2️⃣ Which of those roles actually interests you? UR / Prior Auth → criteria-based review, medical necessity, documentation analysis Appeals → deep chart review + writing Care Coordination → communication-heavy, care planning Quality → audits, metrics, compliance You don’t need five different resumes, but you might need more than one if the roles you choose don’t have heavy overlap in skill. ⸻ 3️⃣ Update your resume to target those roles. A bedside resume cannot be used to apply for remote nursing roles. And a generic “remote-friendly” resume isn’t going to cut it either. Stop leading with direct patient care language. Instead, highlight the skills necessary for the role(s) you decide to pursue. You already have transferable skills. They just need translation. ⸻ 4️⃣ Skip job boards. Yes, really. If a remote role is on Indeed you’re not competing with 10 nurses, you could be competing with 1,200 others. The best roles are often posted on company sites before they flood job boards. ⸻ 5️⃣ Apply directly through company career sites — and be early. Timing matters. Volume matters. Strategy matters. I created a way to circumvent job boards so you can be an early applicant and skip cold searching. >>> It’s called the Remote RN Lead List. <<< It’s a curated list of companies that hire remote RNs so you can go straight to the source instead of fighting 1,000+ applicants on job boards. ——— It’s not you. It’s your approach. #remotenurse #remotenursing #softnursing #wfhnurse
