I lost my friends most special to me due to them talking about me behind my back and I haven’t found it in my heart to forgive them but now after only a week or 2 I’ve started to see things differently and im not thinking about the future now but about the now I met new people and it has truly helped me a lot so it does get better

hearing somebody who's my most favourite person talk about my hardest topic means everything. not even two months ago, I would cry everyday not wanting to do anything. then I got the help I needed. hearing people be able to talk about mental health is honestly the best thing. I struggle to talk about it, but when I do I feel like people should know they're never alone with how they feel
