@tomato.ate.it: 📍 Teluk Pulai Claypot Bak Kut Teh . Klang BKT Series — EP. 2 . From traditional bowl-by-bowl BKT in EP.1, this time we’re trying something completely different, Claypot Bak Kut Teh! 🫕 . And apparently, Teluk Pulai is actually one of the places credited for starting/popularising the claypot style of BKT that we’re so familiar with today. . Instead of serving just meat and broth in individual bowls, they started serving BKT in claypots to keep it hot for longer, together with ingredients like fu chuk, tofu pok, mushrooms and vegetables. Basically, the version of BKT that a lot of us grew up knowing today! . The soup here is also quite different from Seng Huat. Even though the colour looks lighter, it’s more cloudy and has an almost milky-looking broth. . Personally, I enjoyed this more than Seng Huat! The flavour was stronger and I found myself going back for the soup again and again. 🤓 . Two down! But is this the best BKT in Klang? We still have to explore more to find out! 💪🏻 . Follow along for the next episode! . #BakKutTeh #KlangBakKutTeh #巴生肉骨茶 #肉骨茶 #KlangFood
