A high-protein, healthy fat meal prep plate featuring simple grilled chicken and beef with leafy greens and celery, seasoned with turmeric for anti-inflammatory benefits. Ingredients: - 150g cooked chicken breast (preferably air-fried or grilled) - 150g cooked beef (stewed or grilled) - 1 cup mixed leafy greens (spinach, arugula, kale) - 1/4 cup diced celery - 2 tbsp full-fat mayonnaise - 1 tbsp olive oil (for cooking beef or chicken) - 1/2 tsp turmeric (for anti-inflammatory benefits) - Salt and black pepper to taste - Optional: a few berries for garnish (blueberries or blackberries) Instructions: 1. Prepare the chicken and beef using your preferred simple cooking method like air frying or grilling, seasoned with salt, pepper, and turmeric. 2. While meats are cooking or if pre-cooked, assemble the meals: in a meal prep container, place a bed of mixed leafy greens. 3. Slice the cooked chicken and beef into strips and evenly distribute over the greens. 4. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise with a pinch of salt and pepper for flavor. 5. Drizzle the mayo mixture over the meats and greens. 6. Add the diced celery on top for crunch and freshness. 7. Optionally, garnish with a few berries for anti-inflammatory antioxidants and a touch of sweetness. #Recipe #cooking #foodtiktok #homemade #EasyRecipes #DinnerIdeas #mealprep Save this for later!
