Braised chicken thighs- in a lemon, white wine and thyme pan gravy. Buttered noodles and steamed asparagus as sides! And Sourdough Brown Bread- with raisins and caraway seed! Braised Chicken thighs... I dredged boneless chicken thighs in flour seasoned with lemon pepper. Sear the thighs in a skillet for about 5 minutes, flip, add a splash if white wine to deglaze pan. Add 3 whole garlic cloves, 2 pats of butter, 2 tbsp of that seasoned flour to the pan- scraping up the stuck bits. Squeeze a lemon over the top-add fresh thyme. Add water and white wine to keep the pan gravy going. Cover pan and braised for 25-30 minutes- checking gravy levels.
