I think Hera didn’t erase Annabeth because she’s the goddess of marriage and stuff, so she didn’t want Percy cheating on Annabeth. Or the Curse of Achilles since Annabeth was Percy’s tether

I think the difference is that Jason had no one to care that much in his camp. Reyna-Jason wasn’t like Grover-Percy, Annabeth-Percy or even Percy-Nico, since Biancas death change his relation and affected Percy a lot. He had deep feelings that couldn’t be erased, like with Ares. But Jason had no one, that’s the reason he stayed with the Greeks, he didn’t have a fond relationship there, they treat him like a general, son of Jupiter etc but not like a real friend

I think the curse of Achilles had something to do with it as well since Annabeth was his tether, so like there are some things that you just can’t erase much like his hatred of Ares 😂

we don't see Jason in an environment he had been in before or with people he had met before. so we can't compare the two situations past Percy remembering his girlfriend.

the main focus was to let both forget their camps , the rest was secondary. Percy just has a lot of deep emotional connection to more people (Annabethy romantic love , Groover platonic love, Ares hatred etc.) Jasons deepest/longest running connection is towards the camp the very things hes supposed to forget about. He did remember his sister tho (family love)
