@auraheavytypeshi: Be patient with you. You’re still learning things you were never taught. You’re still unlearning habits that once helped you survive. You’re still becoming someone you haven’t been before. That takes time. You don’t need to rush every lesson or punish yourself for not being further ahead. Some growth is obvious. Some of it is just choosing differently in small moments nobody else sees. Keep going. You’re allowed to be a work in progress and still be proud of who you’re becoming.
