If someone pays $70 for the base edition and like $100 for the special whatever version on top of in game purchases you should be capable of doing any n everything you wanted in the game. I think this is another reason they’re trying ti completely disregard game discs but that’s just my opinion 🤷♂️

Locking offline solo play behind a server is atrocious and why I will never pay for another 2k, and will forever be done when what I have is fully locked. I always hated the city and tying my offline career to an online server.
