Coming from an executive who is in the field and developing the AI for this equipment, AI won’t replace the Technologist…it will significantly enhance workflow around the process, making it easier for Technologists to be more successful (making it less art and more consistent).

genuine question here, but aren't they expecting AI to take over most of this career? I get we still need techs to do the IVs, and the physical side but what about reading all the scans?

I was gonna do that but my community college had an 8 year waitlist so I switched to nursing and I got accepted and start that in the Spring.

I love it! Radiology is a huge umbrella you can work independently, private offices, traveler, hospital work Ive never had a problem finding work in California
