Me and my husband. He is a higher w2 earner, so I decided to get my real estate license and start investing "his" paycheck. I manage all of our properties, and I still get to stay home and take care of our kids. We have 7 properties now. We live veryyy frugal. Teamwork!!!

True for my husband and I! We were broke when we got married. Millionaires now. The other big reason we have this money is not buying new cars or replacing our cars every 2 years. We drive a car until the wheels fall off. The amount of money we saved on that alone is staggering.

I think that's true even if you're not millionaires. I think if you marry a partner and your goals in life are to buy a home and do all these things and want to retire early that will work because you work together. there's so many couples that have you pay for the rent you pay for the groceries, etc. if you work together, you're so much further ahead
