@adamwolfefitness: One-Pan Steakhouse Chuck Roast🔥539 cals 36g protein 25g fat 39g carbs Cookbook in bio 🔗 Ingredients: this makes 6 meals 2 lb chuck roast 1½ lb baby gold potatoes, left whole 1 lb baby carrots 1 large yellow onion, cut into thick wedges 1 can cannellini, drained and rinsed 5 cloves garlic, minced 1½ cups beef broth 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 1½ tbsp Dijon mustard 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar Chuck roast seasoning: 2 tsp garlic powder 2 tsp onion powder 1½ tsp smoked paprika 1½ tsp coarse black pepper 1 tsp dried thyme 1 tsp dried rosemary 1 tsp salt Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 325°F. 2. Pat the roast dry and season all sides with the garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, thyme, rosemary, and salt and sear the roast over medium/high heat for 2–3 minutes per side until deeply browned 3. Add the baby carrots and onion wedges to a 9x13 pan or large baking dish and place the seared roast directly on top of the vegetables. 4. Whisk together the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, balsamic vinegar, and minced garlic. 5. Pour the mixture around the roast and vegetables, trying not to wash all the seasoning off the top of the beef. 6. Cover the pan very tightly with foil and bake at 325°F for 2 hours. 7. After 2 hours, remove the foil and add the whole baby Yukon Gold potatoes around the roast. Cover tightly again and bake for another 1–1½ hours. 8. Start checking around the 3-hour total mark (mine only took 3) the potatoes should be fork-tender and the beef should be tender enough to slice easily or pull apart. 9. Remove the roast and shred it or cut it into chunks & drain and rinse the canned beans, then stir them into the hot vegetables and cooking juices. 10. Return the beef to the pan and spoon the steakhouse juices over everything, then divide into 6 meals and enjoy! Follow for more #cooking #potroast #mealprep #healthyrecipes #chuckroast

I would just cut the potatoes into smaller pieces, they will absorb the flavor of the sauce better and cook faster and more evenly.

Made this over the weekend and it was FANTASTIC! I pureed the beans before adding them and they made the gravy creamy. 💯 will make again!
