Skills overlap, 40 points The biggest weight, because it's the thing a hiring manager checks first. 2. Seniority fit, 25 points Keeps you out of the roles you'd be rejected from in one line. 3. Domain fit, 20 points The same job title in the wrong industry is not the same job. 4. Practical fit, 15 points Location, remote policy, salary. The stuff that kills an offer after four interviews. Two rules do the heavy lifting. A tool you only listed from a course scores zero, because only production evidence counts. And when a post hides the salary or the seniority, that part scores low instead of getting a guess.
