I’m 7 weeks post meniscus repair, and 6 weeks pre ACL reconstruction and osteotomy! Stages surgeries for me to avoid stiffness, I had such a bad meniscus tear that it needed its own separate surgery beforehand 🙈 long road ahead for me but I love finding people on TT who are going through it right now too! We got this 💪 the surgery/hospital I’ve been going to is in London as well ❤️

schedule for key hole 3rd Nov due to knee locking ,tonight it totallylocked I was screaming and sobbing in pain took what seemed ages to slowly with hubby rubbing to move it ,keep the post following
