I didn't realize that over 65 was an exception. My wife bought shares from another shareholder then the TOSI rules dropped so we weren't able to income split. Who know what the rules will be by the time I'm 65.

We use to be able to give spouses dividends until JT changed things even before retirement. So can you please repeat that. After 65 PCs can pay spouses dividends and NOT have it go to their income?
