Here’s a little bit more information for everyone men get it more than women. They also cannot be tested for it, and are usually asymptomatic which leads to them spreading it unknowingly usually HPV can clear itself within one or two years, but since a lot of men don’t know, they have it and they can’t be tested for it. The infection never clears up leading to cancer. The only way men know that they have HPV is because they have warts or get cancer and majority of the time they go undiagnosed women can be tested for HPV but only vaginally but assuming women usually have oral and vaginal sex and sometimes anal HPV will show up everywhere that has been exposed to the HPV virus so it’s safe to assume if she has it vaginally she probably has a orally or anally as well unfortunately HPV is spread by skin to skin contact like HSV meaning a condom will not protect you whether you’re giving or receiving HPV can still be spread. It’s best if you have one partner and get tested regular to make sure neither one of y’all have the virus. HPV doesn’t have a cure because HPV usually clears up on its own, but if you’re constantly exposed to the HPV virus, you can’t clear it. and HPV can lay dormant for years so you’ll have no clue that you have it and sometimes you’ll find out when it’s too late and you end up getting cancer HPV can also give you anal cancer vaginal cancer, vulva cancer, oral throat, and mouth cancer penile cancer, and cervical cancer HPV,HIV and AIDS syphilis and hepatitis. B and C are the worst STDs to contact. Please stay safe y’all.
