In college I lowkey made enemies with my staunch anti ai stance. Made a face once during an Ai in the classroom PD and when asked I said, “well I think it a lazy way out and robs children of critical thinking” apparently that was controversial

I make a point to tell my kids I will never give them AI in my classroom and I expect the same respect from them. A lot of them say it's pretty fair considering how many of their other teachers use AI.
