i think people call him a gooner/lustful just because Fujimoto labelled him as a teenage boy whos continuously throughout the manga being obsessed with sex or female body parts rather than another character such as Asa for example making his actual struggles overlooked just because it was never highlighted as much and it seemed that almost all his problems could be “cured by sex” unlike other characters and and just seeming like a horny teenage boy and feeding into the stereotype
