This is why you’re one of my favorite creators. I went through pretty much the same thing as you where I would eat healthy foods but never enough to actually fuel me. On top of that I would run like 9 miles every day just because I thought that that was what I had to do to become the me I desired. Obviously it didn’t go well and since then I’ve been dealing with stress/sleep issues that are only just starting to recover. I know its probably really hard for you to post this cus I could never make a video abt what I went through but it’s genuinely so important that people know about stuff like this, especially now when younger and younger kids start getting into lm or ed content
