Do you ever get books from other librarians that had your missing books?

That’s super kind to fix a book and then send an extra just in case! We have gotten some returns from other libraries that really make me wonder what happened!

Hi, I don’t know if you’ll see this, but always tape across the flaps to keep them closed first! It adds a double protection too sincerely a postal worker that’s seen too many busted book boxes.

And this is why Team She Doesn’t Even Go Here is the best team. We get the joy of the chaos and the other librarians get wonderful surprises

We're moving in a couple months. During that time, I'm still taking my 2 year old to the local library for Story Hour. Last night I packed most of her books, she kept trying to put her library books in! 🤦♀️Nightmare material unlocked!

My daughter had her first library love from her wishlist & the librarian cried when she brought them in. [Crying][Heartwarming] it’s her leadership project to donate as many as possible before going off to high school. 🥹 thank you for inspiring us to share the library love

Our tiny towns public library is looking for a new director and you’ve encouraged me to apply. You reignited my love of reading and the library and I can’t thank you enough!!

Did you make sure the donated books were not repeats of what they already have? I’m assuming nobody would be mad about getting more of the same copies though.

if you have a packing tape dispenser you can put the purple masking tape on it to make sealing the packages easier! 😁😊 (anyone want to smuggle her one?)
