As a Serb a possible way to united the ex Yugoslav states, Bulgaria, and Albania is to: give or split Kosovo with Serbia and Albania, possibly give western Macedonia to Albania, north northern to Serbia, and the rest to Bulgaria. Give the small part of Serbia to Bulgaria. Next is to possibly a united Croatia and Slovenia, maybe split Bosnia. Give the eastern Republika Srpska to Serbia/Montenegro, maybe the western side make a state of western Srpska. Make Bosnia into the Dalmatian state, including parts of the Croatian coast. And give the northern part of Vojvodina to Croatia, not the Novi Sad part
