My apartment complex lied about inspecting my air conditioner unit. I was working from home the day they were supposed to come to inspect my unit. It’s sad they only care about our money not us😒

when my son was a child he was exposed to mold and we actually sued the landlord and because there was a clause in the contract for his insurance we were only able to get $5,000 which I ended up putting into a trust for my son however we had the air tested and there was 90,000 moldspores per every cubic inch in the house. it cost $1500 and that was in 2009. it's ridiculous that LL aren't held accountable for mold especially when it's related to neglect
