Im a USMA grad and work for Alliance Careers (founded by a USMA grad). We also offer a virtual CSP and all our candidates participate in our hiring conferences where you have an opportunity to interview with several companies. 92% of our candidates get at least 1 job offer and salaries range from 85k-150k. Most of the positions are project management, operations, logistics manager, and supervisor/general manager roles - definitely not an entry level position. Another great way to get a job as an officer after you transition out. Ours is very flexible for those whose command doesn’t approve for an actual CSP program. CSPs are 90 days now.

Lots of options—also look into your home state’s GI Bill/veterans benefits. My husband is from IL and graduated WP-when he got out, completed a JD/MBA fully covered by his GI benefit. Not possible in all states but worth looking into as well.

I work in construction management and have trained three candidate from the CSP in my time! All great managers themselves now. The hardest part for them was realizing that decisions are theirs to make and that the accountability for their work much more amorphous than the military structure.
