More healthy & easy recipes in my Ebooks which have 265 recipes, link is in my profile or go to fitfoodieselma.com 🥰 this makes 4 servings: 3/4 cup milk of choice (180 ml) 1 1/2 cups thawed frozen raspberries (360 ml / 200 g) 3 tablespoons maple syrup 2 teaspoons vanilla paste/extract 1 cup Greek yogurt (240 ml / 250 g) 1/2 cup chia seeds (120 ml) Optional topping: 4 pieces of 80% dark chocolate 1. Blend the raspberries, milk, maple syrup and vanilla together 2. Pour into a bowl. Add the chia seeds and Greek yogurt and stir well 3. Pour into a container and let set in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight. You can stir the chia pudding once after 10 minutes so the chia seeds distribute evenly 4. If after chilling it’s thicker than you want, you can always stir in 1 – 2 tablespoons milk 5. Divide into glasses. Optional: melt the chocolate in the microwave.
