You are a precious angel. I wish I’d had a nurse like you. I had a wonderful nurse midwife. I did this years ago. 3 kids now are 31, 30 & 26. My first 2 were without any meds. It was so painful but I’m glad I did it that way. I didn’t hit that wall. It didn’t happen to me. The 3rd one was an emergency c-section. I loved it. lol I LOVED the 3 days in the hospital afterwards…alone with my baby & was fed (food brought to me❤️) 3x’s a day. Now my kids are having babies. It’s so wonderful.

lol I have no idea if this is what you are talking about, but with my first I was pushing and they threw an oxygen mask on me. I took it off and told my nurse “I can’t do this anymore” and she said “you don’t have a choice” and popped the mask back on me. My daughter was born a few minutes later.

I had JUST GOTTEN checked and she said “you’re ALMOST 6cm” I lost it, I was doing an all natural labor and pleading that I couldn’t do it anymore. She was born probably 5 mins later with fetal ejection.. my doula caught her and the nurse was the only nurse in the room had to hit the blue button. 😂

I've had 4 crotch goblin's. 1st I had an epidural. 2 & 3 came natural and quick. baby number 4 was my " I can't do this" baby. I was induced at 37 weeks bc my BP was high. contractions sucked. being induced sucked. and idk how long I had been in labor for, ( not long considering labor can last for days) but I looked at my husband and started apologizing. I remember saying I can't do this. I was in so much pain. my body was shaking. I was crying. he was trying to help but I hated the sight of him. and not even 30 minutes after saying that, I was holding our newest crotch goblin. ❤️

Every time I’ve hit that moment when it was time to push with all five of my kiddos. I was fully dilated and that’s always the moment I want the epidural. I’m due in four weeks and I know it will be the same thing this time again.

my L&D nurse was the best... i had pushed for like 3 hours and that girl (chrissy was her name, ill never forget her) came up and was like girl! we got this! she grabbed me and doubled me over and said we're getting this baby out now! girl i pushed 2 more times with her direction and that baby was out!!

I said “I can’t do this, please do a C-section” after 3 hours of pushing. My mom got up in my face and said “oh yes you are doing this! You’re doing great and you can do this!” And I was able to give my best push yet and get him down for a vacuum assist. She’s my best friend and I couldn’t have done it without her 🫶🏻

I hit my wall after 32 hours of labor. I looked at my nurse, crying, and said “I can’t do this. I’m going to go take a shower and head home.” She laughed and said “time for another check!” And I was pushing 2 minutes later. Pushed for four hours and then I was finally done. For the pregnant mama’s reading this…my second son was born in less than three hours from start to finish. They are all so different!
