@r2reports: Mexico’s intelligence agency says cartel fighters are traveling to Ukraine to train as drone pilots before bringing those skills home. Ukraine opened an investigation after Mexico warned that cartel members were entering its foreign legion, while a new video appears to show men chanting for the Jalisco cartel in a Ukrainian forest. Mexican cartels already carried out 221 drone attacks from 2021 through 2025.
