if you didnt step that tank in as you compacted in around it it will almost float every time, the gravel underneath after ebough rain is going to fill up the gravel and turn it into a boat

Concrete tanks float as well if not full of water before it rains.

we put holes in the tank so they don't float out not large small maybe 1in holes on the bottom.
