@lifewithlaurn: 🍅🌶️ EASY PICO DE GALLO The easiest homemade pico that goes with basically EVERYTHING! 🌮 I love making a fresh batch for taco night, nachos, burrito bowls, or just scooping it up with tortilla chips. INGREDIENTS: • 4 Roma tomatoes, diced • 1/2 red onion, diced • 2 jalapeños, diced • Cilantro to taste (I use about 1/2 a bunch) • Juice of 1–2 limes • Salt to taste Mix everything together, give it a good stir, and let it sit for a little bit so all those flavors can come together! Save this for your next taco night! 🌮 #picodegallo #EasyRecipe #picodegallosalsa #homemaderecipes #easyappetizer
