The wrist thing just shows if you're small/medium/large frame, but i don't really get the morphs thing. I looked it up, but it just doesn't make any sense. And why are they showing a woman with the same body type, just 3 different sizes?

but i dont think so this is pretty accurate. When I was 85kg my wrist look like the endomorph one while when I'm 60kg my wrist look like ectomorph. Idk as the time goes by my wrist got smaller....does that mean my body type change too (metabolism etc)?
