Can I do paletal expansion as an adult. I have braces on and now my left nose is smaller and it bothering me coz I can feel a difference on my nasal airway, it is not allowing enough air to pass through.

This is why I nursed my kids to 3.5 a piece. I have a wide face. 6 inches Across my cheekbones which is wide for a woman but literally no forward growth. My palate is wide in the middle but narrows at the arch around my first premolars so I have some crowding and mild overjet in the top and need my wisdom teeth out now. So far my kids have wonderful side profile, like fruits and vegetables and ppl out in public tell me they look like dolls so I'm hoping they can avoid too much dental, airway, and cosmetic issues bc of this. If you research the human evolution it becomes clear why a lot of things are getting worse for us developmentally now. We're not doing the same things. Ppl think that pumping in a bottle is the same as nursing and nutritionally it is but if you look at the mechanics of tongue and jaw movement it's entirely different that's why it's breastfed babies are often resistant to using a bottle bc they don't know that muscle movement, but once they get used to a bottle or paci they are often resistant to going back to nursing and no longer want to bc it's more work for the jaw and tongue muscles.

Is it bad if I wore my retainers inconsistently for 4 months and now when I shifted to only night a few months later and every night it’s a struggle to put my retainers on completely it dosent fully fit what do I do would just wearing it all day again help
