Find a store in Oakcliff West Dallas, North Dallas or anywhere that has brown people look for a store with the Salvadoran flag sometimes the building is the Salvadoran colors. Go in there ask the lady politely as good as Spanish as you got or use Google translate

Hi Friend! I have year-long allergies I live in DFW. Personally, I do Flonase and Zyrtec. I take them before bed religiously! It does take a couple of weeks for the Flonase to really kick in, but it has been a game changer! It helps reduce my postnasal, drip eye, irritation, and general itchiness

Once you get over this I’ve found that adding two tablespoons of locally made honey to my daily protein shake helps minimize my allergy symptoms

I started getting allergy shots from park lane allergy and asthma and genuinely it saved my life I will recommend it to everyone forever I started them in the spring bc normally in the winter I cannot breathe but I’m chilling so far this winter

Get local honey like from a Farmer’s market in your area. It contains the local pollen causing your allergies

Get honey from a local natural market where its sourced nearby, and add some to your daily drinks like tea, coffee, etc. It will help acclimate your body to the allergens. Ive been doing that for a long time now and hardly ever deal with the allergies anymore.
