I need to start calling these but better 🤫 remember - always prep out your ingredients first before cooking 🤍 I order my videos so it’s clearer to watch but do your veggies and sauce first before you start cooking! INGREDIENTS 🧄 CHICKEN MARINADE - 1.8ish lbs chicken thighs, diced - 1 tbsp soy sauce @Kikkoman USA - 1 tbsp shoaxing wine - 1 egg white - 1 heaping tbsp cornstarch - 1 tsp white pepper SAUCE - 4 tbsp soy sauce (taste and see once cooking, I did one extra at the very end making 5! Taste sauce if you don’t like too much before adding more) - 3 tbsp white sugar - 1.3 tbsp Chinese black vinegar - 1 tbsp rice vinegar - 1.5 tbsp garlic hoisin sauce - 1.5 tbsp chili garlic sauce - 1/3 cup @Kettle and Fire chicken bone broth - 2.5 tsp cornstarch - 1.3 tsp sesame oil - 1 tsp msg @KnowMSG! THE REST - 3 tbsp neutral oil (divided 2tbsp to start searching chicken and add 1 more when blooming aromatics) - splash of shoaxing wine to deglaze pan - 8 dried chili de arbol - sprinkle of salt on vegetables - 2 tsp sichuan chili flake + more for topping (add more if you like spicy) - 4 garlic cloves, minced - 1 tbsp ginger, minced - 2 medium zuchinni, diced - 2 red bell peppers, diced - drizzle of dark soy sauce (around 2-3 tsp) - 1/3 cup roasted peanuts (optional) - 3 green onions, sliced #pandaexpress #kungpaochicken #pandaexpresscopycat #kungpao #easydinne
