(TW: LONG COMMENT AND ANOTHER VIEW) I see both have a great point and a great argument, love how it was calm and respectful with actual points, I personally believe that abortion is healthcare and that it does not have to have the same rights as a born person, but I also understand how 🧡 views the point and how they talk about the view of when a fetus/baby is considered a person and how it should be protected no matter how it’s viewed or considered, I respect their opinion and take on the topic, I could agree to a certain point with them, but I agree with 💗 more due to my own personal beliefs and view on the topic, I believe that it is rightful for a mother to decide to abort their baby due not only to the fact of difficulty (as 🧡 mentioned) but also for the fact of mental health, mental illness or inappropriate age or lack of the support the parent(s) believes they would provide to the baby, it’s not only about the parent(s), but also about the baby’s future, as 🧡 states, they might grow up to a fully developed healthy person, but they may also grow up with difficulties such as: disabilities, mental illnesses, neurological disorders, I am not saying that growing up with with those is weird, way too difficult or wrong, I’m saying that the child might be challenged a lot and that the parent might not want that for the child, also it’s not just that, but it’s also about how the child if not born with any of the already mentioned (disabilities, mental illnesses, neurological disorders) but it’s also about might also be born for bad, for example, it could grow up to a rapist, groomer, bigot, racist, pedophile, etc. I’m not saying that all aborted babies would’ve grew up those, but there is a possibility that they would’ve. What do you think about my take?
