I get severe migraines and got them worse when pregnant. While pregnant most I had to go to the ER to get a cocktail. At home what works best for me is a BC or Tylenol since your pregnant with a soda with caffeine ice pack on the back of my neck with my feet in warm water or I bought a mask that gets hot & cold and massages. Never be scared to go to the ER and ask for a migraine cocktail though. They can be debilitating! Hope you feel better

I had bad migraines when I was pregnant I found if I covered my windows where I would not wake up to the sunlight and I woke up in the dark it helped so much, but if I woke up it was bright in my room. I had a migraine all day. Try covering your windows and wake up in the dark definitely helped for me.

I hope you feel better soon. the weather has been not helping anyone with migraines and body pain. I hope you can get some relief soon, try to see a neurologist. mine sometimes has to give me a nerve block to stop mine
