Same happened with StubHub. Go on costumer support and request your money back and they’ll try to get your tickets back so they don’t have to give refunds

I was paranoid all the way until I scanned my tickets last night, because I kept hearing that stub hub was having issues with fraud. So Thank god my tickets were good. I will never go through stub hub again because it was stressful.

same thing happened when I bought tickets for a football game through Vivid Seats . They never gave me any money back . I had even got the insurance.. I had to buy another set of tickets the day of the Game ..

So sorry that sucks, I’ve heard a lot of stories similar to this, Ticketmaster has to do something about these scammers, I feel TM has to stop letting other platforms resell.
