@allisonpelton6: Downsizing my house accidentally exposed a problem with my wellness routine. 😂 Moving into an 1,100-square-foot condo makes you VERY aware of how much stuff you own. Without endless closets and cabinets to hide things in, you start asking: Do I actually use this? Do I actually love this? Why do I still own this? 😂 Apparently I needed to ask the same questions about my wellness products. Please tell me I’m not the only recovering product junkie who has opened a cabinet and found: Three different electrolyte powders. A supplement I completely forgot I owned. And at least one bottle that expired approximately two presidential administrations ago. 😂 I was always trying the next thing—for energy, hydration, hair health, weight-loss, healthy aging… Until I realized I didn’t need MORE wellness products. I needed fewer things that worked well enough to earn a permanent place in my life. Now I have a very simple litmus test: Do I use it consistently? Do I notice a difference? Has it earned its place in my routine? That’s why the products I use now have stayed. I’ve used them every day for almost two years, and they’ve helped me replace a cabinet full of random solutions with a routine I can actually stick with. Less clutter. Less decision fatigue. More intention around what I actually use. I’m not simplifying just for the sake of owning less. I finally found a routine simple enough to stay consistent with—and consistency has made a much bigger difference than constantly chasing the next new thing. Now I need the recovering product junkies to confess. 😂 How many half-used wellness products are hiding in your cabinets right now? 🫢 #simplewellness #habitsthatstick #downsizehacks #condoliving #wellnessoverwhelm
