I just moved in a tenant on 9/15/26 I served her a 30 day notice of lease termination on 10/2/2026 because she brought her boyfriend and he got belligerent drunk and shot at another tenant in their building….. like lets be serious right now

I moved into an apartment with my dog. My dog has never lived in an apartment building before. She’s 8. She does not understand that our apartment is our home. Not the whole building. So she barks when we see a neighbor! Baby, I hired a dog trainer SO fast. We are not going to be the disruptive neighbors in this building TRUST.

Same with my complex. We had a family move in next to us they was gone with 6-8 months. I reported them very often. They had their kids playing outside shooting toy guns are like 3 am at night. We don't play that

Me with my upstairs neighbor 😭 I told the property manager the first time, and she basically dismissed my concern, and then over the weekend he was blasting R&B music at 4 AM in the morning, so I called police nonemergency and they’ve been out four times, and now the building finally addressed it and he’s quiet🤡

Oh yeahhhh younger black guy moved in around the same time as us, maybe two months after us..? Middle class complex/working ppl. Threw parties every weekend, had it smelling LOUD, loud music and females coming in and out. I actually didn’t mind bc I bartend and work late nights. Also gives me nostalgia of my college days. He gone🥴 hasn’t even been a full year. I figured ppl may have complained about the noise. I did see all his friends come and help him load his U-Haul tho✊🏽 lol
