Hate when people say get a better job … I’m an emt and hardly get paid anything but I like what I do… in order to get more money I would have to do a job I don’t like and be miserable… or I can further my education but once again that takes money AND time something most people don’t have

I live in Gonzales Honestly as a stay at home mom and someone that doesn’t have to work and love being around kids I wouldn’t mind that job and I might do it for next year. It would be just for fun money in our household. 🤷🏽♀️

I am a paraprofessional and she is correct on the income! I am from Louisiana and this is the normal income for our state. We do it because we love the kiddos❤️It takes a special person to do this hard, challenging, low paying job, and really low paying job!
