The pain is constant. You need to strengthen the lumbar and back muscles. Pilates is excellent for this.

L5S1 herniated disc, sciatica down both legs , pain in right foot and both buttocks also in right hip pain had 2 spinal injection still the same , also have multiple cervical herniated disc and now I have been diagnosed with tendinopathy … in right shoulder. I can honestly say I’ve had enough of this Dilapidating pain

L5 S1 herniated disc shaved down, left leg was constantly falling asleep to my foot, they just gave me epidural shot. It’s been nine days and my leg is still falling asleep and my left hip is killing me.
