@awkwardagnostic: Laredo DoubleTree by Hilton hotel fire. People were seen pulled over ON the highway, ON the overpass, with their hatchbacks open, having a watch party. Yes, others were safely pulled over completely across the highway, but those who were NEAR the fire and especially ON the overpass should be fined.
