There is not enough campaign or awareness about Obi in the rural communities. I was in one of the villages today and I did not hear anyone mention Obi or NDC. I asked some people if they would vote for Obi, and some of them told me they don't know NDC, and they don't recognize the party logo. Many people in these communities simply follow whatever direction their governor gives them because nobody has taken the campaign directly to them. We need to take the awareness beyond the townships and major roads. We need to go deep into the villages, meet the people, explain who Obi is, what he stands for, and let them recognize the party and its logo. If we don't build strong grassroots awareness, especially in the villages, we may be overestimating the level of support on the ground. The campaign needs to reach the people where they actually live, not only where we already have political activity.
