I lost my daughter she died in her sleep she was only 34, it’s the worst pain ever!!! You keep living but you are dead inside, it will be 2 years on november 16 and I still don’t understand why good or the universe or the source or whatever you call it give you a child to take it away from you, this is so cruel!!!!!

lost my 13 yo daughter in april this year to suicide. no notes. no explanation just was a normal day, ever since I struggle to find happiness. she also left behind her 5 yo brother that is the only reason im still here. I did see a reliable medium, some of the things she said confused me and I wish I would have asked questions stuff like " she thinks she was born with the demon " i have no idea what that meant and I wish I would asked. it bothers me to this day. there are no words to make this better but hopefully we all heal a bit with time

This was comforting to hear. Thank you🙏🏼 God has been holding my 24 daughter since December 11, 2025 one day after her Birthday (passenger in a car that collided with a 18 wheeler). She was my best friend, it feels like I’m watching my life as an outsider and learning a new language living without her. She had just passed her final RN exam that day as well 😢 I’m angry, sad, lonely, but I also feel her everywhere in everything I do. I miss her so much and yes, I have one foot planted here on earth for my other children and grandsons, but I also want desperately to be with her.

I lost my son F16 due to mental illness. It’s a struggle everyday to stay but I am doing it and spreading awareness about mental illness. Find a support system that will make space for your grief. It may be small but it’s what helps to keep going. Hugs 🫂
