@campinerin: We finally tried @Dave’s Hot Chicken in Lynchburg, VA for the first time, and it definitely lived up to the hype! My son and I went with Mild for our first visit because we decided we should probably know what we were getting ourselves into before moving up the heat scale. Everything we tried was SO good. Fresh, crispy, juicy, cheesy...we honestly didn’t have a bad bite. And yes, we both agreed we’re ready to go up a spice level next time! You know I’m usually sharing RV camping, campsite cooking, outdoor cooking, and easy camping food, but sometimes you have to leave the campground and let somebody else do the cooking.
