also very stereotypically ive always seen the green light as that feeling of pursuing a goal that will never live up to our perception of what it will FEEL like to achieve that goal. like we think it will grant us happiness like we've never felt before but no goal can do that bc happiness comes from our own internal self, not others.idk i hope that makes sense

I know routine is important and but how are you not bored with the same routine? Sometimes I’ll do 3 meals a day next days 1. Some times it’s fast food sometimes it’s salad and roasted veggies. Maybe I’m the problem 😂
