@piecookwithme: i hope im mexican in every lifetime they didnt like my beans in the last video so i made some more 🩷🥳 — carne con papa here’s what i used 1lb chuck roast, 1 inch chunks 3 roma tomatoes, sliced 3-4 jalapeno, sliced 1/2 medium onion, sliced salt, pepper, garlic powder 1 large potato, 1 inch chunks 1. in a large pan cook beef until browned on all sides. season to your liking 2. add in onion, jalapeno and tomato and saute until onion becomes translucent 3. add in about 1 cup water and cover for 30-35 mins (add in some chicken boullion for flavor) 4. add in potato and cover another 10-12 mins or until potatoes are tender (you can add in more water if you’d like your carne con papa to be a little looser) #mexicanfood #comidamexicana #mexican #DinnerIdeas #easydinner

Just a friendly tip, boil your water then add the beans. When the beans are mostly soft then add the salt.
